  • What is your return policy?

We offer a full 100% refund on items within 30 days of delivery assuming they meet the following criteria: Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received; Items must not have stains, odors, or hair of any kind.                                                               

  • Are your used items cleaned?

All of our items are either cleaned by hand or through a wash cycle, and in some cases both. We only use natural soaps and cleaners. We are also in a smoke and pet free location.

  • Where do you get your stuff?

We get our items via auction, consignment, thrift stores, and sales.

  • What kind of shipping do you offer?

Our free shipping on items will be shipped using First Class or Parcel Post. Tracking is included on all orders.

  • Do you accept consignments?

We are currently not accepting consignments for our online store at the moment. However, this is a changing theme constantly throughout the year. Check back soon for updates and find out how you can get involved.

  • Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! However, international shipping rates do not allow for us to offer you free shipping. We do charge a lot less than most online retailers.
